UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2022 will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022.
As per the exam notification, the number of vacancies to be filled through the exam was around 861. However, recently UPSC has informed that the government has decided to recruit 150 personnel in Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS), Group 'A'. Through Civil Services Examination- 2022. Accordingly, the Government (Department of Personnel and Training) issued a notification on February 17, 2022 to include IRMS, Group 'A' in the list of services for recruitment through Civil Services Examination - 2022. So now through this examination The tentative number of vacancies to be filled from this post is 1011.
