Educational Qualification
Candidates may qualify through the prescribed B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognised institution, along with registration as a Nurse and Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council.
Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) may be eligible if they have the required Nursing Council registration and two years of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after obtaining the required qualification and registration, as prescribed in the notification.
