For all three posts, the B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification requires an aggregate minimum of 65%, calculated as the average of all semesters, or a CGPA of 6.84/10. For M.E./M.Tech or equivalent, the required aggregate is 60% or a CGPA/CPI of 6.5/10.
AMIE / Grade IETE holders may meet the B.E./B.Tech limb when Section B alone carries 65% marks or a CGPA of 6.84/10. The corresponding M.E./M.Tech requirement still applies.
The essential qualifications must already have been completed by 13 October 2026. A professional degree obtained through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is not accepted.
Age Limit
The maximum age is 30 years as on 13 October 2026 for all three posts. Only Indian nationals may apply.

Selection Process
Selection has two stages: a written test followed by a personal interview. Both stages carry equal weight in the final panel.

- Personal interview of 100 marks.
- Final panel based on 50% written-test marks and 50% interview marks.
