Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 Overview

Bank of Baroda has issued Advertisement No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/19 for a Special Recruitment Drive to fill 11 backlog officer vacancies on a regular basis. The posts are distributed across Risk Management, MSME Banking and Finance.

The advertised roles are at MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III and SMG/S-IV scales. The bank may change the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process according to its requirements. The detailed notice is dated 28 October 2026.

What Candidates Should Check Before Applying

This drive is not open to all applicants: the stated categories are SC, ST and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and OBC applicants must be outside the creamy layer and belong to a caste on the Central List. The roles also have different experience requirements, ranging from three years for Manager - Digital Fraud to eight years for certain senior positions.

Review the exact role requirements before selecting a post. The notice permits only one position per applicant. Also check the scale for Senior Manager - MSME Relationship in the official notification because the supplied post-wise table and reservation table show different scales for that role.
