NCRTC GM Procurement Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. The degree must be from a UGC-recognised Indian University or Deemed University, or an AICTE-approved course from an autonomous Indian institution or the concerned statutory council. An equivalence certificate is required where a candidate claims an equivalent qualification. Only full-time regular courses are considered.
Experience Requirement
Applicants must meet either of these experience routes:
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in Organised Group 'A' services; or
- At least 17 years of experience at Executive level E1/L8 or above in Central or State Government organisations, CPSEs, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies.
In addition, at least five years of bid process management experience in ADB/World Bank-funded rail-based projects is required.
