ISRO's Yuvika 2022: Registration process underway: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is organizing a special program for school children called "Yuva Vigyan Karyakram" (YUVIKA) or "Young Scientist Programme", specially designed for young students in space technology, space science and space applications. Provides basic knowledge on who are from rural areas.

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is organizing a special program for school children called "Yuva Vigyan Karyakram" (YUVIKA) or "Young Scientist Programme", specially designed for young students in space technology, space science and space applications. Provides basic knowledge on who are from rural areas.

The online registration process is going on and the last date to apply is 10th April till 4 PM. The provisional select list for Yuvika will be announced on April 20, 2022. Interested candidates can register for Yuvika 2022 on the official website www.isro.gov.in. Yuvika - 2022 residential program will be of two weeks duration during summer vacations from 16th May to 28th May, 2022.

The objective of this initiative is to select 150 students from all over the country who are in 9th standard by March 1, 2022 and attend a school in the territory of India.

ISRO's Yuvika 2022 Selection Criteria

Marks obtained in class 'VIII' examination.

Participation in science fairs (organised by school/district/state/central government authority at school/district/state and above level) in the last three years.

Awards and equivalent in Olympiads/Science Competitions in the last three years (1 to 3 ranks at the School/District/State and above level in the last 3 years).

Winners of sports competitions organized by the School/Govt. / Institutions / Registered Sports Federations (1 to 3 ranks at School / District / State and above level in the last 3 years) in the last three years. The winner of the online game will not be considered.

Scouts and Guides/NCC/NSS members in the last three years.

Performance in online quiz.

Special weightage will be given to the students studying in the school located in the Panchayat area.

Read the quiz instructions. Appear in online quiz within 48 hours of e-mail registration for Yuvika - 2022.

Log on to Yuvika portal at least 60 minutes after quiz submission and fill all the details correctly. Submit the online application form and download the submitted form.

Upload the signed copy and all required certificates before the last date of registration.
