UPPSC Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will stop accepting online applications for 55 Mines Inspector posts from July 4, 2022.

UPPSC Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will stop accepting online applications for 55 Mines Inspector posts from July 4, 2022. Interested candidates can submit applications on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in.

The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 55 vacancies for the post of Mines Inspector. UPPSC will conduct preliminary exam and main exam for the selection of candidates.

For Unreserved Category/Economically Weaker Section/Other Backward Class Preliminary Examination Fee Rs. 100. For SC/ST it is Rs. 40. There is no fee for handicapped. For Ex-Serviceman the fee is Rs. 40. Also a processing fee of Rs.25 is applicable for all categories.

Essential Educational Qualification: 

Three years Diploma in Mining Engineering from Institute recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Preferential qualifications being other things being equal, preference will be given to such candidates who have served a minimum of two years in the Territorial Army or N.C.C. Should have obtained "B" certificate.

The minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years and should not be more than 40 years as on 1st July 2022.

Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Skilled sportspersons of classified sports/ State Govt. candidates. including employees/teachers/employees of Basic Education Council and teachers/employees of Govt. Aided Secondary School U.P.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years + period of service rendered in the Army for Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers/U.P. For Ex-Army personnel. Along with Ph. There is a relaxation of 15 years in the upper age limit. UP candidates

The date and venue of the main examination will be intimated by the commission later through e-admit card.

The minimum proficiency standard for SC and ST candidates in the Preliminary/Main Examination has been set at 35%. Similarly, the minimum efficiency standard has been fixed at 40% for other categories of candidates.

Special Notice: On-Line Applications will be accepted only when prescribed fee is deposited in the Bank upto prescribed last date for fee deposition. If the fee is deposited in Bank after the last date prescribed for fee deposition, the on-line application of the candidate will not be accepted and the fee deposited in the Bank will not be refunded in any condition. 

It will be responsibility of the candidates to deposit fee in the Bank upto the last date prescribed for fee deposition and to ‘submit’ the application upto the last date prescribed for submission of applications. It is also informed that amount deposited in the form of examination fee shall not be refunded in any condition. (b) In Online Application System, the candidates have to provide their Mobile No. and valid e-mail ID in prescribed column failing which their Basic Registration shall not be completed. All relevant informations/ instructions shall be sent through SMS on that mobile number and e-mail on their valid e-mail ID.
