Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Negative Marking
There is a penalty for wrong answers in the objective tests of both the Preliminary and Main Examinations. One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for an incorrect answer. No penalty is applied when a question is left unanswered.
