AAI Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026

Passing Year Requirement

Other Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates must be Indian nationals and must satisfy the prescribed domicile requirement.
- Applicants who have already completed an apprenticeship are not eligible.
- Candidates who terminated an apprenticeship midway are also not eligible.
- Those currently undergoing apprenticeship at another organization or AAI at the same qualification level cannot apply.

AAI Apprentice Selection Process 2026
AAI Apprentice Recruitment is primarily merit-based, and there is no written examination for selection. The broad process is as follows:
- Shortlisting on Merit: Candidates are provisionally shortlisted according to marks/percentage obtained in the qualifying examination. CGPA will be converted according to the applicable Board or University rules.
- Tie-Breaking: In case of equal marks, the date of birth and subsequently the date of passing may be considered for determining merit.
